We were surprised by the number of people who called asking for it. Since its free, the app is appealing to the non-paying person who wants to hang out with a couple, but wants to do so without being too obvious or annoying. We couldn’t be happier with the amount of people who’ve contacted us asking for it and the number of people who are interested in dating and hooking up.
The app will launch with a single page for a single date, but is also planned to be expanded to include a “pairs” section. It features the same functionality as Tinder, but also includes some new features which will help you make relationships with people you’ve never met before. You’ll be able to swipe through pictures of the other person, find their favorite topics to talk about, and swipe through their favorite hobbies.
It’s kind of like a dating app for teenagers. At least it is with their first date, which is how you can be introduced to other people by giving them your phone number. Like a phone hookup, it also lets you see all of the other people you’ve swiped through.
I don’t know that I’d use the thing if I’m gonna hang out with people I’ve never met. I like the idea of getting to know different people in a safe way, but it doesn’t really seem like the same type of relationship you’d have with a person you met online or through a friend. To me, having something like this on my phone is just a way to get to know someone who was once an acquaintance.
I wish more people had made the move to the app that way, seeing as so many new people are coming in on a regular basis. I dont know if it would work out for me, but I do think the idea of getting to know someone new is something that could work out for me. Personally, I think its a great idea.
I am unsure how pairing up people online would work out for you. In my experience, most of the people that I’ve met through the app have been very different from the person that I met in person. I’m just not sure about the “real” person I’d know through the app. I think that I would be different from most of my friends.
