This is a word I feel is under-appreciated. It’s only a few years old, but we’ve seen how it’s used a lot. For example, let’s say I’m a woman and I’m attracted to women. Maybe I’m attracted to other women too, but I don’t feel any sexual attraction toward men. Maybe I feel sexually attracted to women, but not other men, so I’m not cis.
Thats what happens when youre not attracted to men. Youre attracted to other women. And then you have to deal with the fact that youre attracted to women, but not other men. This is called “sexphobia,” by the way.

The problem is that sexphobia is self-perpetuating, because if you have sex with the wrong person, youre attracted to them anyway.
